Job Duties:

·         Update and review brand monthly sales performance

·         Gather feedback from retail team on sales performance and propose action plan to achieve brand sales target

·         Conduct seasonal buys based on budget and past seasons performance

·         Review new product offers and conduct analysis for order forecast by brand

·         Review inventory of past seasons products and ensure action plan is taken for stock on hand to achieve brand inventory target

·         Work with HK production department to ensure on time products delivery

·         Ensure new products are received in store as per planned date

·         Monitor stock level and sales performance so as to perform the necessary stock transfer

·         Handle inquiries and request for stock from shops, warehouse and others

·         Perform sales review with design team and collect feedback from shops for product improvement;

·         Maintain smooth logistic flow of order placement;

·         Prepare pre-season setup from style and colour selection

·         Perform seasonal product presentation to shops and VM team

·         Conduct internal and external market research for future product development.

·         Overseas buy trip



  • Diploma /Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in retail merchandising
  • Possess initiative and results-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Meticulous and independent
  • Good analytical skills and have an eye for details
  • Numerate & good with numbers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently
  • Relevant merchandising experience will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of the apparel retail industry and market changes
