Job Description:

Payroll Assistant (Changi Airport, S$2200-2600, 5days Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm) Job Scopes:-

  • Key-in new hires' details (personal particulars, salary, join date, bank details etc) into Times Payroll System
  • Print out and check staff's attendance report from bio-metric attendance system
  • Checking and calculating part-timers' attendance captured on their timesheet
  • Handle payroll twice per month (mid and end month) for a total headcounts of 200+ people
  • Verifying claims and reimbursements, such as overtime (OT), shoes allowance etc
  • Handle income tax submission and clearance (IR8E / IR21)
  • Handle leave administration - recording and checking of leave, and ensure staff submit their MCs and other supporting documents on-time
  • Submit NS Make-up claims on NS website, Childcare Leave Claims and Maternity Leave Claims on government portal (Profamilyleave)

Job Requirements:-

  • Possess Certificate/Diploma/Degree in HR with at least 1 or 2 years of hands-on payroll knowledge
  • Possess knowledge of Times Payroll Software
  • Applicants must be comfortable with working on 5 days’ work week (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm) at Changi Airport
  • Permanent role hired by established MNC Company
  • Can start work ASAP or within short notice
