AUTOMOBILE/AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC/ENGINEERS (Mechanical Engineering):

Salary: S$1500.00 to S$2000 / month

JOB SCOPE:

Candidate must have experience in repairing or servicing of motor vehicles:

·       Preventive maintenance check-up

: change oil and filter

: change transmission oil.

: clean brakes

: replacing drive belt/s

: replacing timing belt/s

: replacing spark plug

: replacing air cleaner element

: replacing dust pollen filter

: fuel system connection inspection

: power steering system connection inspection

: brake system connection inspection

: suspension components inspection

: performing leaks inspection

·       Brake system servicing

: replacing brake pads

: replacing brake shoe

: resurfacing rotor disc

: overhauling brake caliper

: replacing wheel cylinder

: replacing brake master

: replacing brake lines and flexible hoses

: perform brake bleeding

·       Power steering system servicing

: replacing power steering hoses, such as return hose, suction hose, tank   

  hose, feed pipe hose.

: overhauling power steering pump

: overhauling power steering gearbox

: repack and adjust gearbox

·       Fuel pump and lines servicing

: replacing fuel filter

·       Engine servicing internal and external.

: replacing oil seal, such as valve grommet, valve cover gasket, front

  crankshaft oil seal, rear crankshaft oil seal.

: replacing cam shafts

: performing valve tappet

: performing valve clearance adjustment

·       Transmission servicing internal and external

: replacing clutch parts, such as clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing

·       Suspension servicing

: replacing engine supports/mounting

: replacing transmission support/mounting

: replacing shock absorbers

: replacing upper arm

: replacing lower arm bushing/assembly

: replacing tie rod

: replacing rack end

: replacing trailing arm bushing

·       Air-conditioning servicing

: performed minor cleaning

: performed general cleaning

: replacing a/c compressor

: replacing receiver dryer

: replacing expansion valve
