Masters Degree preferred. o Minimum 2 years related experience. o Experience in working in a School/Institution/University environment; experience in managing operations of a school. Experience in managing school-related operations would be advantageous. o Strong organizational and leadership abilities. o Strong internal and external customer relationship-building and negotiation skills. o Analytical skills. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . o Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers. o Delivers high-quality service and demonstrates commitment to the company's customers. o Able to work well under pressure and during crisis. o Able to self-manage and prioritize workload

Responsibilities: To handle the entire operation of the School. This includes Student Registrations, liaise and complete work required by CPE (Council for Private Education) and Edu-Trust to ensure meeting their standards, inventory monitoring and control, quality checks, maintenance of machineries and building management. Expected to be self motivated and have good initiative to implement existing and new measures to achieve the company requirements.
