IT Engineer

Being part of the IT Team, your responsibilities include:

• Provide first level of troubleshooting support for problems related to computer hardware/software and application systems.
• Providing solutions and advice users on the usage of simple functional features of software and hardware peripherals.
• After office hour standby duty.
• Windows Server/Domain and  Administrations.
• Familiar with Windows Servers Active Directory domain services administration, troubleshooting, health check and fine-tuning
• Experience in Implementing and Maintaining Backup Solutions
• Resourceful Engineer who knows how to solve problems independently using online and offline resources
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer.
• Diploma, or Fresh graduates or related discipline are welcome to apply
• MCSA, MCSE and CCNA certification is an added advantage.
• Microsoft Access / MYSQL will be an advantage
• Only Singaporeans & Singapore PRs need apply.
• Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment quickly
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
• Microsoft Access / MYSQL will be an advantage
