Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities: - Continually develop and maintain work knowledge of internal policies, procedures and products - Answer enquiries from customers through telephone or email and communicate response effectively - Utilize automated systems to log and retrieve information - Process customer requests including bill payments, special handling and problem resolution - Investigate and resolve or report customer problems - Identify and escalate difficult customer situations to the appropriate party. - Prepare follow-up letters to the customers - Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor  Pre-requisite & Competencies: - GCE ‘O’ level - Minimum 1 year of working experience - Effective verbal and listening skills - Customer Focused and Oriented Personality - Computer Proficiency - Ability to use phone system effectively - A team player Salary up to $1.5k Working location: Orchard Working hours: 5.5 days work week, based on duty roster. Mon to Sat: 10am – 7pm, Sun: 10am – 2pm
