Job Description:

 

Customer Relations Officers Location: (Eastern Singapore)  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Take necessary measures to change and improve customer's perceptions. 2.. Provide face to face customer service to customers. 3. Provide customized assistance to customers according to their needs.  

Job Requirements:

1. O Level and above 2. At least 3 years of customer interface experience in hospitality or front-line customer interface positions. 3. Able to converse fluently in English and one other language, preferably in French, German, Turkish, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Thai, Korean or Japanese. 4. Able to write concise reports when required. 5. Well-groomed, pleasant and out-going. 6. Ms Office literate 7. Able to withstand long standing hours.   Candidates with supervisory experiences will be considered for senior positions. Foreigners are welcomed to apply.  

Working Hours:
