Sales Representative expectations aside from general sale processes:

We are looking for highly accomplished and creative problem solvers who are inherently self-motivated. Successful candidates will have 2+ years professional sales experience calling on decision-making executives. Excellent written and oral communications skills and a strong financial acumen are a must. This is a 100% incentive based, which means you have an amazing opportunity to make as much as your desire allows. 1) Prospecting/Self-Sourcing leads 2) Obtaining accurate bulb count for each potential project via the client or self auditing (bulb count includes bulb type, wattage used, number of fixtures, ballasts per fixture etc…) and making sure existing luminary worksheet is accurately and completely filled out and submitted for proposal generation 3) Presentation of completed cost-benefit analysis to clients along with IGS financing options if applicable. 4) Following up on sales cycling and order process to delivery and installation.
