The ChallengesYou will be involved in providing high standards of dispensing and pharmaceutical care to our patients/customers, promoting rational and economic prescribing of drugs, keeping in mind the need to ensure the best possible outcome to the patients/customers. You will assess, identify and resolve any drug-related problems of patients and play a pivotal role in promoting responsible self-medication to patients. You are also expected to supervise the pharmacy operations while working closely as a team with NHG Polyclinics doctors and nurses in the delivery of primary healthcare in a high patient volume setting. In addition, you can be involved in providing medication review and pharmacy services to nursing homes. There will be opportunities for clinical training and attachment overseas.The RequirementsA Degree in Pharmacy & be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Board Must have initiative, drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
