The Person:-- Diploma in Maritime Studies or minimum Class 3 CoC- Proficient in MS Office applications- Good communication and negotiation skills- 2-3 years relevant working experience- Must be able to speak fluent English and Mandarin ( to communicate with China staffs)The Position:-- Fully responsible for the scheduling of manning of vessels under his/her charge with qualified and competent officers and Ratings in accordance with the Company’s recruitment policy, STCW and flag state requirements.- To ensure efficient management and administration of payroll, cash-to-master, and allotments to the crews under his/her charge- Administration of crew welfare and to make regular shipboard visits to ensure crew performances are on par with expectations- To provide assistance and data on preparation of budget and management reporting- To ensure timely response on any ships’ and crew members’ issueWorking location: Suntec TowerWorking hours: 9am to 6pmInterested, please email resume in MS WORD format attached with recent photograph to us at info@cmc.com.sg.
