My client, a building maintenance company require technicians to be based in Singapore. This is an on-going project and my client is looking at 50 for this time round. As for the interviews, we are targeting the 3rd week of Feb. To shorten the process, my client prefers to look at biodatas before flying to Myanmar. Required for only Myanmar Nationality.

Below is more information : Responsibilities Provide engineering support for M&E services in the assigned centre management office(s) Carry out maintenance work in accordance to maintenance schedule and monitor term contractors in the carrying out regular servicing Inspect additions and alterations, and reinstatement works in the centre Attend to tenants complaints. Provide feedback on equipment performance Provide feedback for safety requirements and improvement work to be carried out for incorporation into action plan Requirements Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning or any other property maintenance related disciplines Minimum 1 year related experience Willing to perform shift duties Salary: S$1800 (Under S Pass)
