·        Minimum NTC 2 and above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or its equivalent

·         Minimum 3 years’ working experience in plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning maintenance work

·        Possesses Energy Market Authority (EMA) Licensed Technician/Electrician Licence if possible

·         Willing to work on site

·         Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision

·         Only Singaporeans need apply.
