Must Have (No Exceptions):  -Excellent Communication Skills-Strong Oracle DB skills-Developer background (PL/SQL, VB6, VB.NET)-Previous 2nd/3rd line support experience•Must be based and working in Singapore now. We will not consider anyone not currently in Singapore at this time or a person that has never worked in Singapore before.
