Responsibilities:* Develop sales and marketing strategies.
* Develop new businesses.
* Execute opportunities for market growth.
* Present proposals, quotations and provide good service to customers.
* Responsible for sales.
Job Requirements:* Background in Civil Engineering.
* Experience in sales of building materials and construction industry.
* In-depth knowledge of the building and construction industry.
* Excellent networking and communications skills.
* Possess Class 3 driving licence with own transport.
* No preference in gender.
* Bilingual in both English & Chinese.
*Full-Time/ Permanent** Only Singaporeans and SPR need apply**Salary: $4500(Manager) / $3500(Executive) -Depending on experience & qualifications.
Location; Shipyeard Road (West Area)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.45am - 5.00pm/ Sat: 8.45am - 1.00pm
