Industry: Premier Luxury Furniture Company (High End Boutique)Position: Retail Store Manager
Responsibilities:* The overall daily operation of the store.
* The new Store Manager will be in charged with effective team management to meet business goals & to ensure that the outlet is an attractive place to work.
* Continuously develop the store's sales operations.
* Provide outstanding customer service.
* He/ she will develop and implement local marketing activities.
* The new Manager will represent the store's image and be a proactive ambassador in the local community.
Job Requirements:* Experienced in organizing and leading staff training in product knowledge, selling skills, store decoration, operational routines and IT systems.
* Be able to demonstrate a successful retail management sales experience background - preferably in the interior design and/ or fashion industry.
* Weekend work is required.
* Sales & customer service-oriented individual with a responsible & enthusiastic attitude, who understands and has a passion for modern, interior design.
* Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skill bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
* Pleasant, presentable, confident.
* Singapore citizens or PR only may apply.
* Full-Time position.* Singaporeans & SPR Only.Salary: Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Location: Town Area.
Working Hours: Mon-Sun with 1.5 days off/week.
